“I want to monitor my dog’s status in an easier way. Sometimes me or my partner just forgot how many times we walked the dog. All-around tracking would be lovely.”

Intro

Miller is a digital marketing manager aged 34. She lives with her partner and the 3 years old golden retriever. She enjoys participating furry parent gathering and explore pet-friendly places. She walks her dog twice a day, sometimes could be her partner doing it, but it is hard to track and record every single time. She cares about the wellbeing of her dog as she bring it to regular vet checkups, daily walking, and taking a good care on the dog’s medical condition. Nevertheless she tried so hard, it is still challenging to keep everything on record.

Needs

Kenneth is the manage from Victoria-based animal welfare group. His daily routine revolves around monitoring animal welfare through real-time tracking and medical coordination. He moves between animal areas, treatment rooms, and operational meetings, using his mobile, tablet, and microchip detector to access up-to-date records and scan animals.
